Topgolf FP&A Manager in Dallas, Texas

Job Responsibilities

  • Own sales forecasting and reporting (20% of time)

  • Deliver operational insights through data aggregation and qualitative/quantitative analyses (20% of time)

  • Partner with FP&A team to create revenue, COGS, and expense plans (10% of time)

  • Gain understanding of venue operations to identify improvement areas (10% of time)

  • Automate data collection and apply statistical analysis to venue operations (10% of time)

  • Assist with presentation materials creation (10% of time)

  • Build high quality dashboards to monitor data driven strategies (10% of time)

  • Work with complex Excel templates including formula, macros, pivot tables, etc. (10% of time)

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Business, or related discipline (Required)

  • 8+ years of experience in an analytical position (Required)

  • 4+ years of experience with marketing, pricing, sales, cost of goods, and menu analysis (Preferred)

  • 4+ years of experience in restaurant, retail, or media industries (Preferred)

  • Excellent financial modeling skills

  • Strong team player that can motivate, supervise, and train staff

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present at all levels

  • An innovative, positive, and self-directed attitude

  • Ability to work collaboratively with all departments and external stakeholders

  • Functions well under pressure with attention to accuracy and quality
