Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Freelance Digital Management Supervisor to lead web development projects at Lexus.com, focusing on model year updates and significant enhancements to our Model Landing pages. In this role, you'll oversee the development and improvement of these pages, ensuring high standards and alignment with strategic goals.

Your responsibilities include managing relationships with Lexus Digital Marketing clients, overseeing their projects, and providing innovative solutions that meet client objectives. You'll manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, addressing challenges with a proactive approach and leveraging your expertise in digital marketing and web development.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in digital marketing and web development, strong leadership and account management skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Serve as the senior point of contact and strategic partner for major Lexus.com initiatives, as well as other TMNA projects/clients. Act as the main liaison for internal Team One teams and ITx (TMNA’s IT division), collaborating closely with clients to identify and address project needs and business objectives.

  2. Collaborate with Idea Production (Producers) to lead cross-functional teams (including technology, creative/UX, delivery, analytics, and production) to achieve client goals in web development projects.

  3. Develop and manage the Marketing Communication content rollout plan, coordinating with multiple stakeholders and adhering to key deadlines.

  4. Work with other Account teams to ensure strategic alignment and integration of marketing efforts across various channels.

  5. Provide strategic guidance throughout web project development, balancing creative, client, and technological requirements while adapting to changes.

  6. Ensure excellence in the delivery of projects, products, and services to Lexus clients.

  7. Support the strategic growth of the Lexus digital business.

  8. Mentor and support the larger team and junior team members.

EXPERIENCE:

  1. Minimum 7 years’ experience in managing strategic client relationships

  2. Automotive category experience a plus, but not required

  3. Enterprise technology and/or web development experience preferred, but not required

  4. Proven ability to manage large and complex web projects

  5. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodology is a plus

  6. Ability to partner with technical, creative, and strategy experts to achieve results

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree is required

LEADERSHIP ABILITIES:

Ability to work autonomously and/or lead 1- to 2-junior-level account team members, including training, coaching and inspiring them toward successful outcomes. This person must be highly-organized, with a charismatic and adaptable communication style. Ability to lead clients as strategic advisor, fostering appetite for, and approval of, game-changing programs and ideas.
