Formosa Foods, a leading food service distribution company operating in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana, is active seeking aHR Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the Aspen Canopy system, and significant experience in warehouse operations.

Your Role

As aHR Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading engaging training sessions to empower our team to master the Aspen Canopy system and ensure their safety in our warehouse.
• Take the helm of HR functions, which include recruiting and onboarding fresh talent, fostering positive employee relations, and overseeing performance management.
• Craft dynamic HR strategies and initiatives that align seamlessly with our overall business strategy.
• Uphold legal compliance in all facets of our human resources management.

Your Qualifications:

We are looking for a candidate who meets the following requirements:

• Proficiency of the Aspen Canopy system.
• Experience in the food distribution industry.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• A degree in Human Resources or related filed.

Extra Points For:

• Familiarity with delivery route planning is a plus.
• A track record of training employees on safety standards and ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.
• Demonstrated prowess in developing and implementing HR strategies that turbocharge operational efficiency.

What We Offer:
