Requires skills and experience to involve: Specialized experiences in LATAM and USA relations for the correct management of employees and their immigration needs. Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations including: Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Family and Medical Leave Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), Equal Pay Act (EPA), and Americans with Disabilities Act. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Familiar with laws that govern the AV industry and know how to conduct business in an ethical manner. Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems: People, Greenhouse, Monday and ADP for recruitment, staff administration, organization, and communication.

Job duties
:
Recruit, screen, interview, or place individuals within an organization. May perform other activities in multiple human resources areas. Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations. Hire employees and process hiring-related paperwork. Analyze, propose and oversee competitive compensation and benefits packages to secure and retain top talent while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of EEO, ADA guidelines, and affirmative action laws. Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software. Address employee relations issues, such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns. Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities. Coordinate the sponsorship of non-immigrant employment and residency, manage TN visa processes, and ensure compliance with immigration laws and accurate documentation for employment.
