ChelleComm, LLC Inside Sales Representative (Inside Sales Rep) in Dallas, Texas

ChelleComm, LLC is hiring goal-oriented sales professionals to expand our rapidly growing team at our Greenville (Dallas) office! This is an on-site position. We have been one of the top merchant providers in the U.S. for more than 7 years and are looking for top-notch closers to drive our business forward. Base + Commission + Incentive Bonuses Paid Weekly Position Overview: We offer a lucrative compensation package including base salary, commission, and weekly incentive bonuses. As part of our dynamic team, you'll be equipped with warm leads to give you a head start on closing the deal.

Role and Responsibilities: Engage with leads to present our suite of products and solutions Follow up with merchants requiring callbacks from account queues Assist business owners in revenue optimization and growth strategies Maintain accurate records of account acquisition and installation progress Establish profiles for new accounts and manage documentation upload process Cultivate and maintain professional relationships with key customer contacts

Skills, Attributes, and Experience: B2B sales/customer service: Minimum of 1 year preferred Sales experience: Minimum of 1 year preferred Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms, sales tracking and databases Highly motivated with a proven track record in sales Ability to quickly build rapport and gain confidence with customers Professional demeanor and strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills Adaptability and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Proficient in active listening and negotiation High computer literacy and Microsoft Office suite knowledge Knowledge of merchant/banking products and CRM experience is a plus!
