Cree Lead Manufacturing Operations Specialist in Dallas, Texas

Location: Farmer’s Branch, Texas
Shifts: 12-hour night/ shifts (6pm-6am/6am-6pm) with a “3on-4 off/ 4on- 3off” schedule.

Production Worker, Assembly, Assembler, Manufacturing worker, Clean Room Worker, Clean Room Manufacturing, Machine Operator, Manufacturing Technician, Production Technician, Electronics Assembler, Cook, Chef, Welder, Fast Food, Warehouse Worker, Picker Packer and Military (*any MOS).

Responsibilities:
•    Set-up, operate, load, and monitor equipment to ensure quality product is produced.
•    Perform tasks by frequently moving back and forth between machines.

Job Qualifications:
•    3+ years relevant on-the-job experience in manufacturing or production.
•    Good communication skills, both written and oral; ability to read, write and speak English.
•    Proven work history showing dependability, a strong work ethic and stability in previous jobs.
•    Basic computer and math skills.
•    High school diploma or equivalent/GED.
•    Must be comfortable wearing personal protective equipment – PPE (i.e., lightweight clean-room suit, eye protection, gloves, etc.).
•    Must be comfortable working in a clean-room setting.
•    Ability to stand, walk, sit, or move around work location without limitation for long periods of time (i.e., up to 11 hours at a time).
•    Ability to read very small print and details, either with or without appropriate corrective lenses.
•    Experience using hands to operate machinery and/or assemble product.

Additional Preferred Skills and Experience:
•    5+ years relevant on-the-job experience in manufacturing or production, and/or vocational/technical training.
•    Experience using a microscope is beneficial but not required.

This role may require additional duties and/or assignments as designated by management.
