We are on the hunt for a skilled Paralegal to join our team in the legal industry, based in Dallas, Texas. This role will be an integral part of our litigation team, with a focus on multi-million dollar plaintiff’s cases and business litigation matters. The successful candidate will work with discovery, trial and hearing preparation, and deposition assistance, among other duties.

Responsibilities:

• Aid in the preparation for trials and hearings

• Assist with depositions and manage complex litigation cases

• Utilize Case Management Software to maintain and organize case files and legal documents

• Handle civil litigation tasks and litigation processes for plaintiff cases

• Employ excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members

• Utilize calendar management to schedule meetings, deadlines, and court dates

• Get ready to attend some high profile trials

• Maintain visibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment

• Manage litigation documents accurately and efficiently

• Must be able to handle a litigation caseload from drafting and filing the initial petition to discovery

Requirements

• Must hold a minimum of five years of experience in a litigation paralegal role.

• Proficiency with Case Management Software is required.

• Strong skills in Calendar Management are necessary.

• Excellent Communication abilities are essential.

• Exceptional spelling, grammar, and drafting skills needed

• Experience in Complex Litigation is a must.

• Knowledge and experience in Litigation - Plaintiff is preferred

• Must be adept at handling Litigation Documents.

• Experience managing birth injury, catastrophic personal injury, medical malpractice wrongful death, and business litigation cases a plus
