Description We are offering a unique opportunity in the Oil & Gas industry, based in Dallas, Texas. This role is focused on receptionist duties, which will involve handling a multi-line phone system, providing excellent customer service, and performing data entry tasks. This position offers a contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct calls using a multi-line phone system.

• Deliver high-quality customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Handle email correspondence professionally, responding in a timely manner.

• Utilize interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.

• Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to complete tasks and manage communication effectively.

• Organize files and documents, maintaining a neat and efficient workspace.

• Schedule appointments, managing calendars and coordinating with team members as necessary.

• Utilize your skills to contribute to the team and improve office efficiency.

• Maintain a professional demeanor, representing our team positively. Requirements • Proficient in answering and managing a multi-line phone system

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Accurate data entry skills and ability to maintain up-to-date records

• Expertise in managing and responding to email correspondence

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and clients

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word for managing documents and communication

• Ability to organize files and maintain a tidy workspace

• Skilled in scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Previous experience in a receptionist role within the Oil & Gas industry is an advantage

• Ability to adhere to all company policies and procedures related to the receptionist role

• Commitment to maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education or certifications in relevant fields are a plus.
