A trusted client has openings for the open enrollment season! These are fully remote opportunities, but must live within 1 hour of Dallas, TX, to pick up equipment. Must be available to work between 6:55 a.m. - to 7 p.m. as well as Saturdays from 10-2 during peak team. Position has a $1500 completion bonus (must complete project and meet attendance expectations). If interested with an updated resume.

Responsibilities
Handling high volume inbound calls (40+/day), some outbound
Assisting with enrolling clients in benefits
Authenticating callers, troubleshooting issues, answering questions i.e. the difference between high and low plans; maximum contribution to HSA, etc. Highly structured remote call center environment
