Spectral MD, Inc. Senior Project Manager in Dallas, Texas
Spectral MD Inc. in Dallas, TX needs a Senior Project Manager who will be responsible for the day-to-day operation and administrative activities to ensure conformance to contract requirements. Develop and implement cost control measures and level of service standards to ensure compliance with customer specifications/contract requirements for assigned projects. Oversee inspections, quality control measures, and inventory control of equipment and supplies for the assigned projects. Identify opportunities and execute to improve workflow, process, quality, and Product pipelines that are fueled by our strategy and roadmap. Lead projects with small to medium complexity to develop and commercialize new products. Provide guidance and oversight in authoring and editing content of documents; manage timelines of these deliverables and ensure timelines are met. Own the creation and daily management of project schedule and critical milestones, with input from cross-functional team. Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources leveraging team inputs and strengths. Provide direction and leadership to cross-functional teams while directing and managing project tasks involving initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing. Work with Applications Engineers, Mechanical and Controls Engineers as well as purchasing and manufacturing teams to complete projects within the allotted schedule and budget constraints. Contribute to developing and/or updating processes and procedures relating to the project management process. Assist leadership with activities and initiatives as required. Approximately 10% domestic travel. Partial telecommute benefit.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering Management, or related field (willing to accept foreign education equivalent) plus 2 years of experience in Project Management or Medical Devices.
SKILLS SET REQUIREMENTS:
Experience must include Microsoft Office Suite or related software; PWA System; Microsoft Project; Design Control such as Software Development, Hardware Development; Microsoft Visio; Scrum/Kanban Methodologies; Budget Management; End-to-end project planning; and Earned Value Management.
