  • This role will allow you to be an analytical thinker, strong collaborator/influencer, tactical problem solver and innovative forward thinker. You'll also be involved with initiatives that involve change management, strategic planning, project management, and team member development.

What you'll do

  • Partner with diverse key players to implement talent and performance management programs that support evolving organizational requirements that enhance the effectiveness of leaders, teams and team members increasing organizational capacity and accelerating business as well as talent progress on strategic people initiatives

  • Define customer needs, recommend solutions, develop project plans to achieve deliverables

  • Apply analytical, strategic planning and innovative thinking to complex challenges resulting in high quality, high impact outcomes

  • Drive talent and performance management processes through tools to track progress, helping leaders and key players attract, engage and retain talent

  • Work collaboratively with diverse and cross functional teams, coordinating efforts with other team members and leaders in and outside the people division to create actionable deliverables and drive enterprise value

  • Collaborate on design, delivery and continuous improvement of Talent and Performance Management initiatives that drive an engaged team member experience and development of leaders aligned to leadership attributes, company primary goals and business future needs

  • Perform data analytics, leverage market trends and incorporate best practices, giving insight to actionable plans while maximizing efficiencies for internal customers

  • Enable business and talent to achieve greater results by modeling leadership attributes

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • ​Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Business or related field or experience/training

  • 3+ years’ experience in project planning, talent & performance management, talent analytics, succession planning, competency modeling, leadership assessment and skill profiling

Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Experience and knowledge of talent and performance management principles, methodologies and tools

  • Experience with large-scale organizational projects and change management

  • Experience in program management, process design, communications and continuous process improvement including applications such as: power-point, excel and tableau

  • Experience in executing and running talent analytics and KPI’s to evaluate the strength of talent and areas of opportunity

  • Experience in creating dashboards and presentations / visuals to showcase talent analytics while providing insights on next steps for leadership

  • Experience in partnering with HRBP’s and other key business stakeholders to deliver on joint goals

  • Experience implementing / owning program strategy, end to end delivery and communicating results to leadership
