CityVet Operations Support Specialist in Dallas, United States

JOB SUMMARY

The Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing support to the operations and training team, and additionally, be a source of support for all CityVet clinics.

It is the responsibility of the Operations Support Specialist to provide direct center support for DeNovo launch and pricing strategy, field support staff hiring, incoming ticket management and on-boarding support for new Practice Managers and DVMs.

As the key areas of responsibility grow and change, some of the key areas of support will update and adjust accordingly.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

  • Manage to completion the tasks requested, including, but not limited to organizing field training needs, setting up meetings, organizing field events and generating requested data and reports

  • Support the management of companywide initiatives as outlined in the directives and expectations of the project

  • Provide administrative support to all CityVet Clinics by answering Open Tickets in a timely manner

  • Provide direct support for the CityVet training curriculum including future development of course work, delivery to field and follow up

  • Provide support for DeNovo center openings, including support for weekly meetings as needed, on-site support for openings and team member training

  • Oversee price analysis and data collection for new market entry

  • Provide M&A support for the integration team as needed

  • Complete all requested reporting, data, meeting transcribes, presentations and research as directed by the Home Office team with a priority with Operations and Training

  • Assist in support staff hiring and manage recruiting efforts for CityVet locations including opening, monitoring, support staff and management phone screens and assessing requisition for potential sponsorship

  • Complete all tasks as assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

· High school diploma or GED

· Computer proficiency

· At least 1 year of veterinary industry experience preferred

· Lift 50 lbs to waist height

· Frequent standing, bending, walking, lifting, carrying, and reaching

· At least 18 years of age at the time of hire
