Responsibilities You will be responsible for reviewing, monitoring and researching outstanding obligations/expenses/expenditures in preparation of the Dormant Account Review Quarterly (DAR-Q) for current and prior year documents. You will review and maintain current and prior year obligation/expenditure records related to Defense Civilian Pay System (DCPS) charges and credits in SABRS/DAI. You will participate in Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) reviews as it relates to time and attendance ensuring that all documentation for processing time and attendance is accurately documented. You will ensure all users are fully aware of the rules and responsibilities associated with using an unclassified timekeeping system. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications GS-09 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Formulating budget and estimates to support plans, programs, and activities; review and evaluate budget requests, control and reporting of obligations and expenditures. GS-07 Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting in the formulation of budget and estimates to support plans, programs and activities. See Required Documents for additional information. Additional Information This position is covered by the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. Several vacancies may be filled. May be required to travel or perform temporary additional duty assignments for approximately 5% of the time both inside and outside the Continental United States in executing assigned technical advisory or consultation duties.
