Job Summary\ We are seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for screening, recruiting, and interviewing potential employees.
Responsibilities\ - Conduct full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing\ - Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies\ - Utilize various recruiting techniques such as cold calling, networking, and social media to attract candidates\ - Coordinate and conduct employee orientation sessions\ - Manage internal recruiting processes and employee referrals\ - Assist in succession planning efforts within the organization
