One who must adapt to different customer cultures and tendencies instantaneously, while providing the best customer service in the industry
What you will do:
Facilitate Hyster and Yale Dealers in expediting backordered parts.
Assist Hyster and Yale Dealers in part identification issues.
Support Hyster and Yale Dealers in determining order status by utilizing various logistic tools available providing tracking/proof of delivery information. Staff omni-channel (voice and chat) communication, in addition to traditional incident volume.
Maintaining our reputation of excellence in the marketplace by efficiently minimizing truck down situations.
communicate to both brands adapting effortlessly to various customer cultures and tendencies.
What you will need:
- BS Degree, Associates degree with 1-year related experience, or Highschool Diploma/GED with 2-6 years related experience, 6 years preferred.
Skills, Experience & Abilities:
Data Analysis/Problem Solving Skills
Excellent Communication/Customer Service Skills
Parts/Service Manual Knowledge & Print Reading Skills
Familiarity with telematics industry
