Job Description: As an experienced plumber, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and installing plumbing systems within our hospital. Your role is crucial in ensuring a safe and functional environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems.
Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and broken pipes.
Install new plumbing fixtures and systems as needed.
Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure timely and efficient repairs.
Adhere to all safety protocols and hospital regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Respond promptly to emergency plumbing situations.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience as a plumber, preferably in a healthcare or commercial setting.
Valid plumbing license in the state of Pennsylvania.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
