Our client, a leader in the utility services industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the customer support team, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and assistance. What's the Job?
Answer incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding services.
Assist customers with setting up new accounts and processing payments.
Explain billing statements and address billing discrepancies.
Take service requests for maintenance and ensure timely follow-up.
Investigate customer complaints and work to resolve issues professionally.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus.
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a utility environment.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations.
