Description
Robert Half is hiring a Paralegal to join one our area's most established firms! As a Paralegal you will help lawyers prepare for hearings, trials, and corporate meetings. You'll leverage technology and computer software with ease in managing and organizing the increasing amount of documents and data collected during a case. As a Paralegal, you'll have the opportunity to assist with case planning, development, legal research, interview clients, gather facts and retrieve information, drafts and analyze legal documents to make recommendations to the attorney(s) you'll support. Responsibilities will include discovery, rate calculation, medical summaries, dictation and scheduling.

Requirements
You will contribute to the success of this team through the following strengths:
Tech-savvy and demonstrates ease in learning new technology and software
Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word and Outlook
Quick, accurate typing skills
Excellent editing, proofreading skills, spelling and grammar
Strong organization and prioritization skills
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Prior experience in areas such as Workers' Compensation and/or Insurance Defense law is valued
