Description
We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in the healthcare industry, located in Dayton, Ohio.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately process customer credit applications for healthcare services
• Maintain detailed records of customer credit information
• Address and resolve customer inquiries effectively and promptly
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action when required
• Execute account coding tasks to ensure financial accuracy and transparency
• Utilize accounting software systems for efficient data management
• Perform ADP financial services for optimal financial operations
• Use Concur and ERP for managing and reporting expenses
• Carry out accounts payable functions such as invoice data entry and invoice processing
• Manage and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues for smooth financial operations
• Ensure timely invoice payment to maintain good relationships with healthcare suppliers
• Process manual invoices when required
• Utilize Excel for financial data analysis and reporting
• Implement Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations for improved business processes and operations.

Requirements • Minimum of 1 year experience in an Accounts Payable role within the Healthcare/NHS industry
• Proficiency in Account Coding and general Accounting Functions
• Demonstrated ability to handle Accounts Payable (AP) with accuracy and efficiency
• Experience with Invoice entry, Invoice Data assessment, and handling Invoice Discrepancies
• Ability to resolve Invoice Issues and ensure timely Invoice Payment
• Familiarity with Invoice Processing, including Manual Invoices
• Proficient in Excel, with the ability to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to continuous learning and improvement in the field of accounting.
