Field Sales Manager - Google Cloud ID 2024-1717 Job Locations US Remote Yes Overview Woolpert, a leading architecture, engineering, and geospatial (AEG) firm, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our Google Cloud Sales Team and lead our efforts in delivering top-tier cloud solutions to our diverse clientele. In this role, you will drive revenue growth for Woolpert Digitial Innovations by leveraging Google Cloud technologies across North America. As a Field Sales Manager, you will lead a team of high-performing FSR's who are responsible for sourcing and closing GCP opportunities with prospects and customers by simplifying complex technology for non-technical prospects and delivering transformative solutions. Job Overview The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to promote Google Cloud solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of cloud technologies and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving growth in a technology-driven environment. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive Google Cloud adoption. Identify market opportunities, create sales plans, and set goals to achieve revenue targets. Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations. Understand their needs and challenges to provide tailored Google Cloud solutions that address their requirements. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive landscape. Use this information to adjust sales strategies and tactics to stay ahead in the market. Solution Selling: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and technical requirements. Demonstrate how Google Cloud solutions can drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation to achieve their business objectives. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on sales activities, progress, and achievements. Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including marketing, product management, and technical support, to ensure a seamless client experience and successful implementation of Google Cloud solutions. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients to secure new business and drive revenue growth. Ensure favorable terms for both the client and the company. Qualifications Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in cloud technologies and sales team management. Previous experience in the Google Cloud ecosystem is highly desirable. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business preferred. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus. Certifications: Relevant Google Cloud certifications are highly preferred. Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Strong understanding of Google Cloud products and services, including their application in the multiple industries. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
