Description We are seeking an Order Administration Support to join our team. The role is situated in Dayton, Ohio, 45424, United States, and provides a hybrid work model, with three days in the office and two days remote. The industry we cater to is diverse and requires a proactive and organized individual. This job offers a contract to hire employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle Quote to Order conversions, amendments, and renewals using the Salesforce platform.

• Ensure accurate processing and maintenance of customer credit applications and records.

• Actively engage in problem-solving tasks and challenges that may arise within the system.

• Show adaptability and open-mindedness in the face of system changes and improvements.

• Provide exceptional support in customer inquiries and account monitoring.

• Demonstrate good retention of information and training provided.

• Provide workstation support to ensure smooth operations.

• Show competence in handling PDF documents and other Financial Notes.

• Be committed to supporting business operations and ensuring smooth transitions and implementations.

• Be responsible for human resources administration and providing the necessary training. Requirements • Proficient in using Salesforce Platform

• Experience with conversions, amendments, and renewals

• Ability to create, edit, and manage PDF documents

• Familiarity with financial notes and their administration

• Strong understanding of HR administration processes

• Experience in providing workstation support to team members

• Ability to train and guide others in the use of various systems and processes

• Capable of handling and managing quotes

• Demonstrated ability to support order administration processes.
