Premier Health SR TOTAL REWARDS ANALYST-COMP in DAYTON, Ohio

Position: Senior Total Rewards Analyst- Compensation

Department: Compensation

Shift: 8:00AM-5:00PM

Status: Full-time/ 80 hours per pay period

Facility: Premier System Support/ Hybrid

The Senior Compensation Analyst will facilitate the design, development, execution, and communication of the organization’s compensation programs, tools, and processes. This may include advanced data analysis, position benchmarking, equity adjustments, salary offers, market adjustments, organizational restructuring, and legal compliance of organizational pay practices. The Senior Analyst will lead key initiatives such as the development of Career Ladders, Licensure Expiration Management Automation, Reassignment Process, and Regulatory Compliance. The Senior Analyst will also conduct training and serve as an expert resource to HR and leadership providing consultation for tactical and operational compensation issues and the interpretation of compensation guidelines.

This position acts as a lead to the Compensation Analysts to ensure accurate updates to compensation related HR data in the system of record. Coordinates day-to-day compensation projects/tasks as well as large company-wide compensation initiatives.

Education

Minimum Level of Education Required: Bachelor's degree

Additional requirements:

Type of degree : Human Resources, Business, or related area

Experience

Minimum Level of Experience Required: 3 - 5 years of job related experience

Prior job title or occupational experience: Exempt professional experience in Human Resources, Finance, Analytics, Managerial

Preferred experience: Previous experience in a Healthcare Environment strongly preferred

Other experience requirements: 2-4 years’ Compensation experience. Demonstrated advanced competency with spreadsheet software and HRIS applications.
