Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive labor relations strategies

  • Lead negotiations with labor unions, ensuring the alignment with organizational objectives

  • Manage and resolve labor disputes and grievances in a timely manner

  • Advise management and HR on labor relations issues and strategies

  • Monitor and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations

  • Foster positive relationships with labor representatives and employees

  • Analyze labor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in labor relations or a similar role within a complex, unionized environment

  • Proven track record of successful negotiation and conflict resolution with labor unions

  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or a relevant field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to strategize, implement, and adapt labor relations policies and procedures
