We are looking for a Team Leader, Distribution Operations The Team Leader, Distribution Operations supervises daily operations, technical personnel and contractors, maintains electrical system statuses and provides internal and external customer service. Responsible for all aspects of the dispatch function, works directly with dispatchers to prioritize calls, ensure staffing levels are achieved and implementing emergency plans. Direct responsibility for all operations of the 24x7 dispatch operation during the shift. Ensures appropriate resources (filed and office) are available to respond to trouble calls. Main Responsibilities: - Supervise daily operations, technical personnel and contractors. - Maintain electrical system statuses. - Provide internal and external customer service. - Responsible for all aspects of the dispatch function; work directly with dispatchers to prioritize calls, ensure staffing levels are achieved and implementing emergency plans. Qualifications: - Good communication skills needed to ensure all applicable information is gathered and provided to appropriate parties. - Post Secondary Education Preferred. This position is schedule on Third Shift and can require work on weekends and holidays.
