Credence Management Solutions, LLC, is hiring a Third Party Payment System Support Specialist who will be primarily responsible for supporting HQ AFMC/A4 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. The Headquarters Air Force Material Command Directorate of Logistics, Civil Engineering, Force Protection, and Nuclear Integration (HQ AFMC/A4/10) has the AFMC mission responsibility to: shape the workforce and infrastructure to provide logistics, sustainment, and installation support for acquisition logistics, supply management, depot maintenance, and base-level logistics operations, and deliver responsive strategic facility and infrastructure oversight and over-arching direction for all Major Command (MAJCOM) security operations...resulting in war-winning expeditionary capabilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Support AFMC/A4RT Third Party Payment System Program Management Office (TPPS PMO) to maintain the AF's transportation commercial payment process. Accept, approve, and create user profiles for the AF in the TPPS/Syncada via the Logistics Tool Suite (LTS) Syncada Account Management. Assist the United States Government (USG) to ensure all training requirements for users are complete and that certificates are uploaded annually. Update user training materials as needed and provide input into the monthly training session via the packaging, hazardous materials, and transportation call. Provide daily customer support to ensure that AF Syncada Account users have timely answers to questions regarding account activities and management of their site approval and certification requirements Provide training and information regarding AF transportation funding policy, Transportation Account Code (TAC) use, and overall Second Destination Transportation (SDT) applicability. Work closely with the AF TPPS PM in assuring all matters related to freight payment processes and policy are communicated to all members of AFMC/A4RT, AFIMSC, and HAF/A4RL. Education, Requirements and Qualifications Clearance: Secret or ability to obtain a Secret MS/MA and ten (10) years of relevant experience or, BS/BA and twelve (12) years of relevant experience or, Fifteen (15) years of relevant work experience Experience with and apply working knowledge of the DoD Third Payment System (TPPS), AF shipping process, AF shipment systems including but not limited to the Cargo Movement Operations System and the Logistics Tool Suite (LTS), and the AF supply chain process as it relates to commercial movement of freight Excellent communications skills and experience with writing instructions, process flows, and procedural guides, and shall be able to review AF and DoD policy and collaborate with others to determine applicability in the best interest of the AF transportation community Working Conditions and Physical Requirements May be required to lift 15
