Dayton Children's Hospital Web Front-End Developer and SEO Manager in Dayton, Ohio

Facility:Dayton Children's - Main CampusDepartment:Consumer Digital EngagementSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:The website content and seo manager is the marketing department’s resident expert on all things web related and marketing technology. The main focus of this position is running the hub of our digital front door, Dayton Children’s website. The main areas of focus for the position will be managing front end content for the website from user experience best practices, SEO optimization and publishing content through our content management system and working on tagging and use of web analytics. In addition this position will also support integration into the website and integrations and configurations of marketing tools such as CRM technology, provider directory search tools, and AI chatbot technology. This position requires a quick learner and self-starter that can easily learn new digital tools and software. They also love digital and marketing technology and are on top of the cutting edge innovation. A self-starter that rolls up their sleeves and wants to get their hands dirty. This position covers a wide range of marketing and digital technology. This role needs to be technologically savvy and not afraid to have a “figure it out” attitude.

Department Specific Job Details:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience

  • Job experience and training or education related to website development and SEO required

  • 3-5 years in a marketing role required

  • 3-5 years in a marketing role for health care organization preferred

Skills/Competencies

  • Strong marketing communications skills

  • Very knowledgeable about digital marketing

  • Ability to communicate with physicians

  • Strong market analytic skills
