Job Description POSITION SUMMARY: In one or two sentences, describe the primary function and purpose of this position: The VDP Formatter is responsible for creation and verification of data processed thru the format program for production. This position is also responsible for the creation of associated data production paperwork. The VDP Formatter will manage the Live Data Files within the Front End environment and release them to Production. High standards of quality control procedures must be strictly adhered to. This position interfaces with internal and external personnel in order to gather, access and clarify client data verification information. Creates the signoff data files for internal verification of the program and for client to review. Responsible for pre-processing mail sorted data files to include Quality records and consec#. Responsible for formatting production PDFs, samples, and remakes (for no-missing name jobs). Responsible for creating run instances in POC and attaching the corresponding PDFs, then transferring to the XLO data system on the press where the order is running.
