Ford Motor Company Product Testing and Quality Engineer in Dearborn, Michigan

The GRIDRACK team is seeking experienced D&R engineers to create, develop, and launch exciting new products to build the GRIDRACK ecosystem. Opportunities to prototype new concepts, work with suppliers to bring ideas to production and work with partners to help them bring their GRIDRACK ecosystem products to life.   • Creation of new GRIDRACK products

  • Development, testing, release of new GRIDRACK products

  • Working with Suppliers to bring products to production

  • Working with vehicle teams to implement GRIDRACK platform products into Ford vehicles

  • Collaborating with external partners to add GRIDRACK features and IP to their existing products

  • Being an enthusiastic supporter and champion for the GRIDRACK brand including supporting internal and external demos of GRIDRACK

  • Bachelors of Engineering

  • 2+ years of experience in component D&R

  • Experience testing products

  • Experience working with Ford supplybase

  • CAD capable skills preferred

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Ability to work in a white space environment with limited direct supervision, but still deliver end goals

  • Evidence of modeling the Ford+ behaviors

This position is a range of salary grades SG6-SG8 .
