Responsibilities:

Ensuring day to day operation due to the material availability

Direct communication with suppliers, monitoring supplier portals and ratings

Responsible for the achievement of supplier delivery performance based on the targets

Responsible for inventory management and to maintain the targeted inventory stock levels

Manage and control the development of the appropriate skills, processes and tools for his/her team

Driving the roll out of the plant strategy in the area of responsibility

Defines the department roadmap and tracks the strategic projects

Defines the direction of existing or new tools/processes development in line with the development roadmap, Supply Chain and Plant strategy

Job requirements:

Advanced technical, logistic, or economic degree

At least 5 years experience in logistics at a manufacturing company

At least 3 years professional experience of process development, project and people management

Knowledge in SAP (SD,PP,MM)

Advanced level of English knowledge

Proactive, self-responsible way of working with high quality standards

Advanced leadership skills
