Emerson Warehouse Manager, Manufacturing Operations in DEBRECEN, Hungary
Join our team as the new Warehouse Manager!
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Managing, mentoring and coaching a professional team of warehouse managers and direct reports
Setting short-term and long-term objectives for team members, teams and warehouse sub-areas
Monitoring metrics, increasing or decreasing limits where necessary
Managing and preparing budgets related to fixed assets and team operations
Collaborate with production planning, purchasing, engineering teams and other operational areas
Ensuring the prompt, efficient, flexible and reliable arrival, storage, packaging and delivery of products in the territory, in accordance with the quality, quantity and regulatory requirements in force.
Continuous monitoring and inventory of stocks (raw materials, semi-finished products, work in progress, finished products, non-stock items) in the area, optimising stock levels in line with current global requirements.
Developing the strategy of the territory in line with the current Manufacturing strategic objectives, managing the territory at tactical and operational level in collaboration with the relevant co-territories and the global organisation.
Continuous updating, compliance and enforcement of health and safety standards for the territory.Liaising between the areas and the relevant areas of NI's foreign warehouses

For this Role, You will Need
University or college degree in economics field
Minimum 5 years of management experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Experience in warehouse/manufacturing operations
Knowledge of LEAN guidelines
