Basic Job Functions:
Provide electrical support for all areas in the mill including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting electrical equipment. Ensure continuous operations and coordination of in-house electrical repairs and upgrades, including those related to plantwide facilities and projects for continuous improvement. In addition to electrical duties there are varying levels of other maintenance and operations task including support for down days and plantwide outages. [[cust_safetyState]]
Minimum Qualifications:
Four years of experience in electrical maintenance.
Journeyman Electrician or equivalent experience in an industrial environment
Knowledge and experience with control circuits, single and 3- phase electrical distribution, repair and troubleshooting up to 480 Volts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Two-year degree in electrical maintenance technology and two or more years of experience in construction and industrial electrical maintenance.
Ability to operate heavy industrial equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, excavators, and loaders.
