*Job Title: CNC Operator *Reports To: Operations Manager

**Summary: The CNC Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of CNC machines to produce housing components. This includes setting up the machines, loading and unloading materials, monitoring the cutting process, and performing quality checks. The CNC Operator must be able to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings and understand the principles of CNC machining.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understand and follow safety procedures.
• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce housing components.
• Load and unload materials from the CNC machines.
• Monitor the cutting process and make prescribed adjustments to maintain quality.
• Monitor machine status and alert maintenance when needed.
• Perform quality checks on finished products.
• Read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.
• Keep the work area clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience operating CNC machines.
• Knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
• Strong math and measurement skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
