Seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of our facilities and equipment, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. Duties: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and repairing electrical systems - Inspect and troubleshoot equipment to identify issues and recommend repairs - Conduct regular inspections of buildings and equipment to ensure they meet safety standards - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and tenants - Keep accurate maintenance records and documentation - Assist in the installation of new equipment or systems as needed. Qualifications: Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various types of equipment - Experience with logic controllers, schematics, ohmmeters, and welding - Proficiency in facilities maintenance including fabrication and repairs - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and tenants.
