Manager of MAP Training

We are seeking an engaging Manager of MAP training to join our Human Resources Team!
In this vital role, the Manager of MAP training will manage the Medication Administration Program (MAP) training processes across the organization.
The Manager of MAP training will:
develop, organize and conduct trainings for MAP certification and recertifications
work with the Training Department, Riverside’s Nursing Team, and Leadership, to improve efficiencies and passing rates within the MAP training processes
in addition to classroom and virtual trainings, provide onsite program trainings as needed and will collaborate with the organization’s nursing team to ensure the program nurses are equipped to support employees in following proper MAP practices so to provide continuous quality care
Schedule: Monday through Friday - 40 hours per week

Required Skills
Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal and written), and presentation skills (In-Person and Virtual)
Ability and willingness to travel to all program sites
Strong organizational and computer skills required (MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Relias, etc.)
Must complete the MA MAP Train the Trainer (MAP TTT) Program and maintain MAP Trainer approval status throughout employment. If hired without an approved MAP TTT status, candidate must complete all components of the MAP TTT Program within three months of hire
Must be knowledgeable, and remain current, of MDPH MAP regulations, Policies, Advisories, approved training and testing materials, and other changes as determined by MDPH
Required Experience
Massachusetts licensed Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Registered Pharmacist, or Physician
Minimum 2 years of experience in their profession required
Experience working within the D&S Diversified Technologies Massachusetts MAP Testing and Registry site preferred
