Description:
coordinating the shipment of recycle materials
assigning pick-ups to carriers based on product, vendors, carriers, buyers, delivery destination and order type (domestic versus export) and authorizing the trailer’s release
scheduling and coordinating the delivery of trailers to departments
utilizing tracking tools for analysis and documentation (i.e., summaries, reports)
scheduling the return of lease pallets and shipments of pallets sold
providing administrative support for the Return Center Management Team

Year End Bonus:
To reward associates for their contributions to the company for the calendar year, Publix provides a Holiday Bonus in December. In the first year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to 15 hours of pay, and in the second year of continuous employment the bonus is equal to one week’s pay if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check. In subsequent years, the bonus is equal to two weeks’ pay.

have a knowledge of office etiquette, proper phone etiquette, filing, grammar rules, and written and verbal communication

Preferred Qualifications:
current Deerfield Distribution associate
have an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business related field
have two years of office experience and one year of distribution experience
