Description Robert Half is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for a large, international organization in Deerfield, IL. Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5+ years of experience. This client is offering a wonderful compensation package with phenomenal benefits and a yearly bonus. The primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Create and maintain corporate minute books Filing annual reports Contract management Preparation of all documents required to form corporations, partnerships, mergers and dissolutions, and LLC's Work directly with attorneys and clients during closings and corporate transactions such as preparing for and closing of various corporate transactions Manage and review all contracts assigned to the legal department Support corporate whistleblower process Conduct legal research Requirements Requirements for this position include:
Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in corporate law supporting corporate attorneys Bachelor's Degree required Paralegal Certificate preferred Excellent written and oral communication skills
