PARTNERS in Employment is searching for a Job Coach that will be responsible for helping an individual with a disability learn their job duties. This position is part-time with a varied schedule. The work location will change but will be throughout Defiance, Fulton, and Williams Counties (Bryan, Defiance, Wauseon, etc.). Pay starts at $15.00. Must be available to work evenings and weekends.

You must have a High School Diploma or GED as well as a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Teaching or training experience is encouraged but motivation to learn and a kind personality are accepted in lieu of experience.
Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 -- 25 per week
