Position Summary: The essence of the Custom Parts Coordinator is to provide the custom manufacturing team with the materials, prints, and information needed to complete jobs on time. High performing, creative and flexible team member who is willing to work with less structure and is willing to change schedule as needed. Duties and Responsibilities: Read blueprints, labels and parts organized per job, by priority Locating stock parts using ERP system Organizing parts/jobs by priority to weld Visually audits outgoing parts for quality prior to deliverying to next process Fill out MDRs and relaying communication for reworking parts to other areas, if needed Communicating to other areas Updates on late jobs Requesting purchase part arival dates Escalating part issues to interanl suppliers Requsting support for system issues Update delivery metrics Load/unload trailer Organizing and outgoing product next processes
