Clean Harbors in Wilmington, DE is seeking a On-Site Program Manager responsible for growing the Clean Pack and Treatment and Disposal business on a specific client site located in Wilmington, DE .

Resolve job related issues within team and with client directly
Coordinate all aspects of hazardous waste management (lab packs) with 2 techs and 1 chemist on-site for lucrative client located in Wilmington, DE
Meet with customers too proactively resolve customer issues or complaints
Maintain satisfactory customer relationship
Assist District Manager in ensuring that billing goals are being met
Develop strategies to maximize pricing and profitability for all business lines
Kick-off jobs with field personnel and ensure proper job execution
Responsible for maintaining customer and CHES spreadsheets
Safely observe all corporate operating guidelines
REQUIREMENTS
Previous lab pack experience
Solid presentation skills, ability to interact in professional environment with client
Valid driver's license
Leadership experience
Perform physical functions per job requirements
Successfully complete a background check, drug test, and physical, by position
Preferred Qualifications
Attention to detail, able to take and follow direction, and to perform multiple tasks
Ability to interface with customers
