Job Description
Join a family-owned company in a dynamic job shop environment that serves high-profile clients in the Automotive and other industries. We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist experienced in running, tearing down, and setting up machines efficiently from blueprints. This role involves programming machines directly or via computer based on designs, handling multiple parts and potentially operating two machines simultaneously. The position requires adaptability as tasks may vary daily, tailored to the best fit for production needs.

This is a fully on-site position in Marion, OH.
Work Environment
This position operates in a climate-controlled machine room essential for equipment maintenance. Our work supports major companies, including those in the Automotive sector, contributing to diverse and dynamic projects. The standard work schedule is first shift from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 2:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays. A casual dress code of jeans, shirt, and steel-toe shoes is required, with a uniform provided upon direct hire.
