About you and this role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Group Leader located in Delfzijl, The Netherlands!
As Maintenance Group Leader you supervise daily activities of administrative, technical and operational employees. You set priorities for the team to ensure task completion. In this role you share responsibility and accountability for the plant assets, personnel and achievement of the plant related business goals.

Responsibilities
Fosters EH&S engagement, particularly in the field and in the areas of personal safety and compliance.
A clear focus will exist on creating a Highly Reliable Organizational culture and the elimination of unplanned events by implementing reliability and maintenance services and solutions.
Completes the requirements of the Performance Management Process for Maintenance direct reports which is leveraged to support meaningful opportunities for leader/employee engagement. This includes coaching and career development.
Performs appropriate MF roles as determined by plant and site.
Acts as a primary Maintenance Leader for the site.
Also acts as Turnaround Manager for the Site.
Implements and provides on-going support of the Maintenance Procedure Use Policy at the facility.
Ensures all Maintenance Procedures will include a hazard assessment indicating safety, health and environmental considerations and control measures to prevent contact or exposure.
Qualifications
Minimum of a technical bachelor's degree plus at least 5 years maintenance, engineering, manufacturing or related experience required.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Fluency in the English and Dutch language.
