ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate PG&A Business & achieves Annual Budgets set by Management.

• Smooth handling of Dealers enquiries like availability/pricing / sales/ Dispatch of items etc.

• Responsible for Sales Trend analysis, making analysis reports, and give reasonable suggestions to maintain Inventory.

• Implementing systems to avoid situations like over-stocking or out-of-stock which cause vehicle service and financial losses.

• Slow/Non-moving inventory analysis & timely liquidate to customer with Special price approval request.

• Handel large amount of data and highlight meaningful insight out of it for e. g. PO ageing, supplier lead time, On time delivery, first fill rate, supplier compliance, stock month, consumption trend, Inventory trend.

• Generate & circulate weekly, bi-weekly, monthly MIS

. • Coordinating & following up of schedules, deadlines & delivery dates

. • Resolving the internal department query related the Spare parts requirements & sharing the back-orders Parts ETA with adherence.

• Annual spare parts budget preparation

• Liaison with finance department for invoice verification & other financial queries

.• Preparation of Transport documents like E-invoice/E-way Bill/delivery challan etc

. • Responsible for helping your manager & other senior management in running the sales & operations smoothly. MIS Reporting: Daily/Weekly/Monthly YOU

MUST HAVE:

• Bachelor's Degree

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Automobiles spare parts Sales, inventory Management, Logistics etc.

• Must have 12 years minimum of working experience of ERP-SAP system.

• Must have very good communication skills in Verbal & Written English

• Must have knowledge about GST, E-invoicing, E-Way Bill etc.

• Advance Knowledge of Excel is Mandatory

. • Think independently and handle multiple projects through to completion.
