Resume of the Position:

The CPI team lead will focus specifically on Picture the end to end Process for the Future on Finance Streams activities managing the solutions already designed and leading the new opportunities for automation and standardization, based on SAP Scripting (VBA developments) and RPA tools designed on Uipath, OCR instances, and all the new applicable technologies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Be the point of contact for all the Automation and Standardization Activities within the CBS FI Streams

  • Besides the CPI Stream Coordinators, identify, evaluate and implement new opportunities for improvement

  • Supervise the design, development and implementation of new tools to automate processes for all FI Streams

  • In conjunction with the CPI Stream Coordinators, manage the maintenance of the Scripts, Bots & RPAs already created and keep them operational

  • Coordinate the available resources for Automation

  • Manage initiatives and projects regarding automation

  • Act as the key contact and interface between the IT team developing the automated solutions and the CBS Subject Matter Experts requesting the automation. It includes RPAs, Bots, PDD form generation and follow up to the automation of processes

  • Share Best Practices with the CBS Centers (benchmarking)

  • Monitor, manage and provide the support and training needed to the CPI Stream Coordinators in order to ensure the completion (as per every single initiative parameters) of the automation initiatives proposed by each CBS MX FI Stream.

  • Develop, train and provide continuous support to a self directed team (CPI Stream Coordinators), capable of implementing basic and intermediate automated solutions via scripting

  • Act as a consultant for the CPI Stream Coordinators

  • Carry out the work using the FEED methodology, applying leadership principles, promoting values as well as Financial Priorities and continue learning.

What do you need for the Position?

  • Bachelor Degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, Robotics, Software Engineer, Data Analytics Engineer or similar

  • 1 year minimum experience in developing and implementing solutions with SAP Scripting, Domo, Google Data Studio, Excel advanced macros

  • Basic to medium level knowledge in developing and implementing automation solutions with UiPath, VBA, GAS, JAVA, JavaScript, Python

  • Basic to medium finance knowledge

  • Fluent English

  • Desirable any certification in:

  • Six Sigma (Continuous Process Improvement and root cause analysis)

  • Project Management

  • RPA Technology

  • Data Mining or Data Analytics

  • SAP Finance module
