NATURAL BEAUTY GROWERS, LLC Greenhouse Grower in DENMARK, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Natural Beauty is one of the top 20 wholesale greenhouse growers in the nation. Our beautiful products include a variety of annuals and perennials that we supply to retail stores. Our WI location is a major supplier of plug seedlings to several brokers in the US. Currently, there are Greenhouse Grower and Assistant Grower positions available at our Denmark, WI location. Responsibilities include the general care and production of high-quality crops including: - Flowering potted plants, poinsettias, bedding plants, perennials, and plug seedlings. - Watering, monitoring crops for insects and disease, applying chemicals, and working in other departments as needed. - Provide optimum plant care, weekend and Holiday work is required, on a rotating basis. - Growing young plants or plug seedlings. Candidate must be detail-oriented and have organizational skills. - A degree in horticulture and/or a combination of education and experience working in a greenhouse setting is desired. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as a team. - New growers will be taught water management skills and proper chemical usage to finish plants on schedule. We are willing to train if you have a passion for plants! This position is full-time with benefits that include: health, dental, life, insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.
