Description
Robert Half is partnering with a small and growing Oil & Gas company seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Lead to join their finance team. This position plays a critical role in managing their accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. Duties include:
Accounts Payable Management: Oversee the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice processing, coding, and verification. Ensure accurate and timely entry of invoices into the ADP Open Invoice system
Invoice Processing and Payments: Review invoices for accuracy, proper authorization, and adherence to company policies. Process payments accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with payment terms and vendor agreements
Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, handling inquiries, resolving discrepancies, and addressing payment-related issues promptly and professionally
This role offers 2-3 days a week work from home and is on a 9/80 schedule. The Accounts Payable Lead will report directly to the Controller of the organization.
Requirements
