The Talent Acquisition team is seeking an experienced TA Technology Program Manager to join the TA Operations team. Overview The Program Manager position focuses on collaborating on essential Talent Acquisition initiatives and adapting to changing business demands. Core responsibilities include analyzing, enhancing, and standardizing processes, managing TA technology tools and resources, and providing insights through analysis and reporting for internal stakeholders. This role also involves developing training materials, supporting TA systems, and serving as a key liaison with partners. The manager will help to lead efforts in TA technology and process improvements, working closely with marketing and communication teams. The role provides significant exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional teams, offering a comprehensive understanding of the business. The ideal candidate is driven, analytical, innovative, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities 1) Drive results

Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and HRIS partners to gather, define and support requirements for project planning and execution. Oversee the functionality and performance of systems and tools within the Talent Acquisition space.

2) Think analytically

Assist with the analysis, design, deployment, and testing of new system functionalities and enhancements. Prioritize initiatives based on resource availability, impact, and desired business outcomes. Evaluate success metrics and provide monthly progress updates to senior leadership and key stake

3) Influence & build relationships

Work closely with leadership to prioritize, plan, and execute critical initiatives. Oversee vendor relationships, including onboarding, accountability, and participation in RFP processes when needed. Address minor conflicts independently and escalate issues to senior managers as necessa

4) Lead

Exercise sound judgment in project decisions and provide recommendations to leaders. Address challenges with composure, optimism, and a solutions-oriented mindset. Establish clear expectations for project teams, ensure accountability, and escalate issues through the matrix structure when necessary. Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in TA technology to align with and enhance Talent Acquisition's overall strategy.

Qualifications & Experience:

Experience developing project documentation & training materials.

Strong communication skills including building presentations and presenting to Executive level audiences.

3-5 years proven project management and execution experience required

Bachelor's degree required

Workday as an ATS experience required (2-4 years of deep knowledge & training)

PMP and Prosci Change Management certification preferred, but not required

Experience managing large-scale technology initiatives from inception through implementation.

Experience working in Microsoft Excel to analyze large data sets; strong analytical skills to find trends/insights and create meaningful data visuals.

Experience leading and coaching project managers as they manag projects of moderate size from concept through implementation.
