Customer Service Rep
Essential Job Responsibilities: * Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands which include reprographic services, and shipping and receiving * Maintain and monitor tidiness in break areas * Stocking the break areas with refreshments and general supplies * Take inventory of office supplies; identifying when to replenish and how much * Receiving package deliveries and preparing outgoing package shipments * Receiving material shipments and re-stocking, keeping storage spaces orderly * Lifting heavy boxes, files, or paper when needed * Take directions from supervisor or site manager * Participate in cross-training * Provide backfill as needed QUALIFICATIONS: * Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience * High school diploma or equivalent (GED) * Computer experience (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Google suite preferred) * Excellent verbal and written communication skills REQUIREMENTS * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Ability to learn various programs and applications * Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. * Ability to consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines and policies, and company safety standards * Accountability to meet the employer's attendance policy * Ability to take and follow directions * Professional presence "The pay range for this position starts at $18.50/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonus opportunities may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered."
