Position Overview
As a Digital eCommerce Specialist for our fast-expanding direct to customer business, you will help us improve digital self-service for Autodesk. You'll be at the forefront of our digital transformation, and build trust and long-term loyalty across the digital journey for our customers. You'll coordinate with multiple stakeholders and departments to improve best-in-class relevant and measurable experiences for our current and future customers across multiple customer segments and personas. Collaborating globally, you'll help improve site engagement, site conversion rates and overall customer satisfaction.
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital eCommerce, this role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals experienced in communication and website content strategy, comfortable with data, and passionate about advancing business and customer experiences. This is a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
Optimize content and user journeys to ensure customers are finding the information they need in the moment they need it
Provide insights and recommendations on website functionality improvements to facilitate product discovery and enhance user experience.
Partner with other go-to-market teams to identify and address customer pain points during the digital customer journey and purchasing process
Collaborate with the product engineering and marketing teams to ensure that our website features high-quality, engaging, and informative product content that enhances the customer experience.
Create and maintain content schedule and merchandising for .com users that is in consideration of go-to-market objectives and track updates across customer-facing touchpoints, including localization efforts
Work closely with teams delivering digital website optimization capabilities, contributing to their design, execution, and testing
Create and deliver reports assessing our performance impact across different regions and categories, aligning tactical activities with business objectives and customer needs
Identify and collaborate with multiple internal teams to ensure a shared understanding of project charters, interdependencies, and customer and business impact
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or project management in a B2B, ecommerce or SaaS company
Project management abilities demonstrating commitment to project completion
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and familiarity with collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Asana, Mural
Experience using Analytics tools for website properties like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEM Rush Experience with global teams, matrixed organizations or the technology industry is advantageous but not mandatory
Ability to work independently while excelling in collaborative environments

Salary transparency
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $86,500 and $149,270. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
