Insight Global Durable Medical Equipment Project Manager in Denver, Colorado
Job Description
client of Insight Global is looking to add a Project Manager to their team to sit remotely with up to 20% travel. The Project Manager of Durable Medical Equipment (DME) & Medical Supplies will oversee all aspects of the DME & Medical Supply department, reporting to the SVP, Clinical Systems & Operations. This role involves developing strategic plans to optimize inventory management, leading initiatives to improve operational efficiency, and managing vendor relationships. The Project Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery, oversee procurement and distribution, and ensure regulatory compliance. Additionally, they will analyze performance metrics to identify improvement areas and provide leadership to foster a culture of excellence. Staying informed about industry trends and participating in the Clinical Committee for formulary review are also key responsibilities.
The hourly range for this position is $50-$75. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in DME & Medical -Supply management & operations in a healthcare setting.
-Strong knowledge of DME & Medical Supply inventory management processes, supply chain management, and healthcare regulations.
-Proven track record of implementing process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and achieving operational excellence.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
-Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
-Proficient in Oracle, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, & MS Project null
