British Airways PLC. Duty Maintenance Manager in Denver, Colorado
Inspect, test, and measure completed work to ensure conformance with British Airways' global maintenance protocol and implement protocols at station. Define measures of quality, cost, delivery, and performance to support the objectives of the Line Maintenance globally and the strategic growth of the group's practices to drive revenue improvements.
Provide operational and technical support at stations to ensure compliance with company standards as well as other aviation compliance standards, including relevant administrative legal standards. Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, and quantity of equipment. Manage commercial customer contracts to ensure all contractual conditions are met within budget.
Facilitate the continuous development and improvement of Line Maintenance working practices and facilities to improve productivity and financial performance. Coordinate requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, or replacement parts. Manage the activities of aircraft maintenance and ground operations, mechanics, installers, and repairers during the shift, as required. Provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions.
